Rare Day for China: No SARS Deaths
Rapid City Journal:
Trade ministers of Asia-Pacific countries are set to endorse an emergency SARS recovery plan, while China reported no deaths for the first time in seven weeks.
The plan to revive Asia's tourism industry and other businesses comes as health officials from to Hong Kong to Taiwan have expressed optimism the outbreaks may be ebbing.
